About our Guest Speaker, Sam Haynes:
Sam Haynes is the Deputy Chief of Strategy and Stakeholder Relations for Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Sam has a decade’s worth of experience in strategic communications, community outreach and engagement, event planning, and marketing. In her time here at AUS, she has led transformative changes to our communications, branding and marketing approaches including overseeing the development and launch of Journey With AUS, the airport’s comprehensive communications and outreach strategy and campaign to keep Austinites and Central Texans updated on our Airport Expansion and Development Program. Sam holds a Master Degree of Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Edward’s University.
