Join us for a discussion with communications and emergency management leaders from Jacksonville Aviation Authority as they take us behind the scenes of the May 2025 airport parking garage fire that captured extensive media attention.
The discussion will explore strategy, crisis messaging, staff training, social media response and lessons learned, equipping members with tools to strengthen crisis communications plans, protect organizational reputation, and lead with clarity and confidence when it matters most.
